Slow to open and activate

Great system, good service for installing hardware but the app needs an update. Leaving the house takes longer using the app to set the alarm. It’s functional but we are sometimes running out the door and end up sitting in the driveway waiting for the app to open, lync and for the alarm to activate (sometimes 3mins+).
