Bad service
Had cove for a while and they stopped integrating Kami cameras into the app. I paid for the cameras which cove sold me and now I am forced to use the Kami app which limits the use of the cameras unless you pay a subscription.
Outdated and low functioning
This app is required for the system but it is super lame. There is very basic functionality and really no features. They have put almost no thought into the app.
Basically you can turn the system in and off and look at the sensors. You can not turn the sensors on and off but you can see their status.
Hopefully they spend a few dollars upgrading this app but itβs not likely.

App never works
Eight out of 10 times the app never works to arm or disarm the alarm. always says connection error constantly even if I delete the app, reinstall the app, disconnect the Wi-Fi, etc..
Awful
Iβm the person who set up the alarm account and Iβm the primary emergency contact but the app constantly says βYou do not have permission to access the security system.β So, who does? It makes absolutely no sense and it means Iβm not able to access the alarm at all unless Iβm doing so from the keypad, which completely defeats the purpose of having an app.

the worst experience canceling the contract
I called to cancel the contract, but it was impossible. They made all kinds of excuses, all the while continuing to charge for a service I didn't want. Calls and disappointment followed, as they completely refused to cancel the service. I had to cancel my card and bank account. Stay away from this company; they'll force you to keep the service one way or another.
