Overall bad service
The app is trash, can no longer login to arm or disarm my alarm. They have changed their cameras 3 times now, each time you need a new 3rd party app or some nonsense. I wonder if they are going out of business, this all seems subpar service and I may look for another provider, everything is such a ripoff. Literally everything.

When I Purchased it was good
Over the last several days, the app has decided to die on me. It will not open, just a blank blue screen. Does Cove realize that people use it? I use it remotely to disarm the system for visiting family or returning home from the supermarket. I am greatly disappointed. Cove, please fix this.
Worked for a while…
The app worked fine for a while, but now it just says “Cove” and never loads anything. I can’t use my app at all anymore.
Bad service
Had cove for a while and they stopped integrating Kami cameras into the app. I paid for the cameras which cove sold me and now I am forced to use the Kami app which limits the use of the cameras unless you pay a subscription.
Outdated and low functioning
This app is required for the system but it is super lame. There is very basic functionality and really no features. They have put almost no thought into the app.
Basically you can turn the system in and off and look at the sensors. You can not turn the sensors on and off but you can see their status.
Hopefully they spend a few dollars upgrading this app but it’s not likely.

App never works
Eight out of 10 times the app never works to arm or disarm the alarm. always says connection error constantly even if I delete the app, reinstall the app, disconnect the Wi-Fi, etc..
Awful
I’m the person who set up the alarm account and I’m the primary emergency contact but the app constantly says “You do not have permission to access the security system.” So, who does? It makes absolutely no sense and it means I’m not able to access the alarm at all unless I’m doing so from the keypad, which completely defeats the purpose of having an app.

the worst experience canceling the contract
I called to cancel the contract, but it was impossible. They made all kinds of excuses, all the while continuing to charge for a service I didn't want. Calls and disappointment followed, as they completely refused to cancel the service. I had to cancel my card and bank account. Stay away from this company; they'll force you to keep the service one way or another.

Broken
They bricked my cameras and never updated us. Tried adding a new sensor and it won’t register. Customer service is useless.

Overall terrible app and customer service and products!
Garbage
The app is useless. Haven’t been able to access my cameras for months, doesn’t send notifications, and can’t add or edit any new devices I’ve purchased. Switching to another security company, don’t waste your time with this junk.

This app is not user friendly. Seems outdated. Not working properly with my cameras. Have had several issues in the past and now nothing is working. DO NOT USE THIS APP
Cove
This security system is so wonderful that I can’t find words to describe the awesomeness of this system. You pair up cameras and it takes two seconds to go offline. Recording is so wonderful, again I can’t find words to describe the system. I just hope that they fix this system so that users can have some peace of mind.

Terrible
This is the worst app I’ve ever used in my entire life.
Disappointing
Company has fallen so far so quickly. Purchased my system less than two years ago, and Cove has made it useless and obsolete with a new system update. App will no longer connect with Cove cameras. Cove customer service used to be excellent. Now, it’s practically non-existent. Call wait-time are terrible, likely because customers are calling to complain and cancel. There are better security options to consider.

Not connecting -
I have had it for 3 years. It suddenly stopped connecting. It won’t let me connect via the app. The QR code (to sync cams) doesn’t populate.
2.5 year customer
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. App is terrible, panel doesn’t work properly and cameras don’t record half the time. Should be an option for 0 stars as that is what they deserve.
