Extrem viel Werbung
Ich habe nichts dagegen, wenn hier und da Werbung geschaltet wird, aber es wird bei dieser App einfach übertrieben. Zudem erfindet diese App alles an Problemen um dir ein Abo zu verkaufen z.b. soll angeblich meine SD Karte nicht mehr funktionieren, habe diese versucht zu erneuern und zu formatieren aber nach 1, 2 Tagen das selbe Problem. Ich werde die Kameras gegen andere austauschen und diese App endgültig löschen. Nie wieder, und dafür habe ich auch noch Geld bezahlt.

Charges
Big confusion on charges. Reached out via email due to trying to charged multiple times in one month. Sent in proof no response. The customer service isn’t clear on where to purchase subscriptions being that it’s an option to pay through app/Apple account but was told to purchase from direct website.

Terrible customer service
I have tried to cancel my subscription since June and have requested my account not be charged and all I get from the automated reply is they want to offer me free months or the option to pause my subscription. After I was charged AGAIN in July, I sent another message to cancel my subscription only to get the same automated message. I said I did not want to pause my subscription and to stop charging me. This is August- 3 months from my initial cancellation request and they dinged me AGAIN for the monthly fee! My debit card expires next month so maybe that’s the only way I can actually get this to stop! This is a scam….
