The ads are wildly inconvenient. 3 ads before being able to access the footage. Can’t see anything in a pinch and there’s already no sound. Subscription cancelled!

Ive used Zmodo for over 10 years. I've upgraded my cameras but always stuck to their brand and never had any issues. The ads though, making me reconsider. Sounds like it's time we move to a new system of monitoring

The fact that you pack the app full of ads for those who pay monthly is truly laughable. What a trash company.

I used to like this app and now every single time I check my cameras, the ads are so long and when you have the option to X out, it goes to the ad promotion like three times. You cannot exit out of these ads sometimes it doesn’t go to the camera. You have to completely get out of the app and login again and watch the ads again once they’re done you have to try the X out and if you’re able to X out then you can go to your camera. But sometimes you can’t. I’m getting rid of this camera and getting a new brand.
