They added ads which have rendered the app useless.

Had to check the cameras for an emergency and was unable to access them! Add after add has caused this to be completely unsafe!

This app is going to cause a lawsuit or worse, these are security cameras. While trying to locate someone on the property, you have to go through all these adds. By that time the intruder is already broken in. This app is complete garbage

Ads
Have used these cameras for a long time with good success. After an update recently you have to try to cancel a bunch of ads just to view cameras. Wouldn’t recommend
Ads ruined it
There is too many ads that it’s difficult to get to the feed. Also had an explicit banner ad and gaming downloads. This was not a good idea to add this! Give us the old version.
Ads when paying.
I understand having ads for customers that do not pay a monthly subscription but to still have ads when I am paying is just annoying. Going to be getting new cameras.
Why always money a grab?
First you add ads that make me wait 30 seconds to over a minute to see if someone is possibly breaking into my house, and now you require me to subscribe to cloud service just to play back the past 24 hours which used to be free. Why? I already bought all the cameras and DVR so I should be entitled to view the past 24 hours like I used to. This is a horrible way to run your service and you will most likely lose business like mine, in addition to bad reviews which will make nobody want to use you. You can do better.
