Was the best security camera up until i now see advertising on a paid subscription.
😩 i dont mind a small price increase if you would just get rid of the ads please or make it an option for us to choose to see them or not :(
Glitchy 24/7
all day every day it's glitchy and doesn't work says device unavailable. What's the point that's probably why they're not selling any more cameras I've had this for these cameras for 4 years or longer
Device offline
The app needs to checked out. There a lot of issues is saying the device is offline and you can’t see anything at all. It’s keeps saying devices offline but it still giving you notifications but you can’t see them either. Like come on now get it fix asap plz

I have had Meshare for years now and they have added ads to the main screen and pop up when viewing the cameras. I pay a subscription fees and do not expect my subscription to host distracting ads to my account. They should have offered to either increase the yearly subscription OR ask if we would prefer ads with the hike to the fees. I feel violated having these on my app and have stopped my subscription and will be replacing my cameras with another service. If I could get my yearly subscription refunded I would do so in a heartbeat. This is a violation of my subscription and the ads are so disgusting ( had multiple inappropriate ads) and distracting that it is hard to even get into the cameras if it is an emergency. You lost a customer and I don't write reviews, so this is not typical for me. Bye meShare!

App stopped working in newer Iphones
I have been using this app for a long time but just days ago it stopped working on our newer phones. The app works fine on our older Iphones
