Scammers

The app doesn’t store or even record footage if your phone isn’t connected to the same WiFi the cameras are on.

Additionally, they make it literally impossible to cancel. If you select “end” on your subscription, it takes you to a customer service request page. They will completely ignore your request to cancel your subscription and instead offer a couple of months without “subscription fees”.

Easy to set up and great quality video

I’ve had these cameras for years, and I’ve never really had an issue with them. The camera quality is great, and there are plenty of features. As a free user, the app’s biggest con is the amount of ads. It takes so long to actually get to the home page as you wait for a long ad to finish, so hopefully free users don’t ever need to urgently check their cameras. 🙃

Spamming Ads until you give in to pay for cloud storage

I used to like this service because I was able to just record to a micro SD card. When they implemented the cloud feature the ads were tolerable. Now they decided to annoy you with ads in every way to get you to pay for the cloud storage. Ads when you open the app, ads when you go through the footage and ads popping up randomly blocking you from controlling your camera.
