Ad block
Bought a camera to keep an eye on things through app and now unusable due to ad walls and paid subscription requirement. Can’t even view saved clips on local storage. Unbelievable.
Too much ads
The ads keep popping up nonstop. Even after I close them, they come back again. I have to close an average of three ads every time I try to view something. This is extremely frustrating and makes the app feel very unreliable.

For an app intended to provide visibility and protection to one’s home, they take every chance to nickle and dime you by spamming the app with ads and wanting to charge a lot for any hint of visibility

It started without ads and now it is so difficult to see your cameras without first watching ads. I not happy and it is not practical anymore.

Terrible customer service, don’t sign up for the subscription plan cause it’s a nightmare to try and get out of! After way too much back and forth, they still won’t give me the full refund. Feels like a scammy/fraudulent company.
Bombarded by ads constantly

I can barely use the app. The company makes you watch ads in order to see your cameras. Would not recommend.
Easy and straight forward
So far so good. Camera is easy to set up and app is pretty intuitive.

So I have used these cameras for over 10 years, started out using them as baby monitors and added additional ones around the home. I love the camera itself and they work extremely well, However, the app has changed over the years and I can’t ever open it now without having to go through multiple ads. Please fix this.

Wayyyyy tooo many ads
This app is ok but there’s wayyyyy too many ads. It takes forever to access the camera.
Do not Buy!
I have a bunch of cameras that I bought years ago. I tried to put one camera back online and the experience in the app is a nightmare if you don’t pay the subscription. They went nuts adding ads everywhere. Terrible user experience.
I don’t recommend this product. Why to buy a camera with an Ad infested app if you could get an even better product without any ads and subscription fees?

Paid for a camera but plastered with ads
Totally unacceptable that all you see is ads. Should not be permitted by Apple past the review stage! It’s totally unusable. Used to be good back in the days. Avoid it like the plague.
If there was less ads it might be good
It used to be a good app, after paying for a camera and a few years of use somehow they changed the app and add a ton of ads that are very hard to skip and show up every minute! Its unusable now and just because its abusive im not gonna pay for their cloud subscription!

I’ve had a this app adds a few of their cameras for years. I don’t use it very often now, but when I do, the ads are incessant and pop-up every couple of seconds. I will never ever ever purchase another one of their products again.

One star too many
I bought and paid for the cameras. Recordings were free. No ads. Then they started introducing more and more things to make it difficult, if not impossible, to view feeds. A completely rubbish outfit. Avoid.
