Used to be a good app, so paid for the year to get extended video benefits. Cancelled well in advance yet they still took the full payment and refuse to refund it. Have lost confidence in their customer service now.

The cloud service used to only be 15.99 a month and they raised it $30… then you are still supposed to be able to see a 6 second clip without paying, but that doesn’t work anymore either. The cameras are useless now unless you pay $50 a month!
Horrible app
Ads are shoved down your throat to try to push their “monthly subscription” there is no one time fee to remove ads. You have to watch an ad everytime you click on one of the cameras. Stay away and find better cameras, mine are going in the trash as soon as I replace them as they are worthless anyway.

I bought several cameras before this company utilize ads on their app. I can no longer view my cameras because the ads and pop-ups are overwhelming. Leading to scam sites and phishing sites. Horrible way to run a business. Will tell everyone I know not to buy their products.

Totally intrusive advertising
The app randomly goes from barely useable to a minute of unavoidable ads and back again. I’m getting rid of my camera system over this. Good job losing your user base being greedy.

I see this app has 4.4 stars. Really? I guess the 99% are family of the developer. There’s no way you can use this app without a heart attack. All the time adds and you can’t figure it out how to close it. Don’t buy the cameras using this App. You will regret it for life.

I have a subscription that I canceled 4 times even after contacting corporate and they still charge me no matter how many times you cancel it and they don’t refund you either. Save your money and don’t use this app!

This app is annoying. They just want to sell you cloud service otherwise will use endless ads to stop you using the camera. Very disappointing.

Ads on push notifications
The app will constantly have advertisements on push notifications and there’s no way to stop the ads without stopping all notifs, including actual security notifs. Contacting the team is useless as they ask you to pay for the premium service.
Bad app
Avoid using this company at all costs unless you like to watch long ads when you open this app to check for alert from your security cameras.

I use Kami to monitor my 13 yr old Chihuaha when I’m not home. The camera quality and motion detection are great and the app is easy to use. Kami gives me peace of mind.
Do not use this Chinese adware
Garbage app. Ads galore, pop ups, opens your browser at will to show ads. Apple should take this spyware down!
Had trouble cancelling the subscription for no ads
There is no assist hotline so when I couldn’t get help on the SUPPOSEDLY cancelled charge (the ai assistant helps you with cancellation at first, but in my case I still got notifications from my card that Kami home attempted to charge me for subscription) I had to call the credit card customer service. They couldn’t cancel it for me, but we tried getting me a new card.
