Great app and amazing support
The app works flawlessly, I feel I can get the same work done no matter if I am on my computer or phone. The support team is incredibly diligent and are receptive to feedback. You can tell this is a product they are proud of and want to continue developing.

The Cove app gives us clear visibility within our building and between our property management team. response times, completion rates, and tenant satisfaction in one app. Setup was smooth, the team is responsive, and the product keeps improving. It’s helped us standardize processes and prove results to stakeholders. Excellent app!

App seems trash
Couldn’t even get the initial welcome email. If I could rate it lower I would.
AWFUL!
Requires a code to set up but the app never emails it to you… endless circle of enter your email never to recurve anything and no way to contact anyone for help. My building confirms my email is set up in the system so clearly an app issue. Wish 0 stars was an option
