The most community friendly management App
The developers are taking utmost care to see that the app is extremely use of friendly and useful, keeping in view the latest requirements for management as well as well as the residents.
No features updates or Bug Fixes
It’s been so long that there are no updates to this app. It still provides very little info on expenses and income. And lot of features are missing on the mobile app. We end up using the website even for basic stuff. Also, can’t upload/view documents from mobile.

Worst App
We have 532 units in our community, and daily we receive helpdesk requests from residents as the community Adda admin. However, while accessing the app on our mobile phones, we frequently experience buffering issues. We kindly urge the developers to prioritize this concern and address these performance problems. Thank you!

Kindly look into the bugs of this application.
The defaulters are 3 and the total amount should be 5.2k but it shows 9.2k even after removing the wrongly generated invoice.
Also there should be facility for admin to generate the receipt manually from the application.
