Bad tech infrastructure
I bloody cannot login to my existing account in the app nor can i create a new one. This is a major flaw. The tech team needs to be more careful in designing an app.

Should have captcha or otp for booking facilities
While app does what it is supposed to do, it is very easy to run bots and scripts which can manipulate the app. As a large apartment complex we have raised this issue multiple times with Adda team and they have done nothing about it. Hence, a lot disappointed about it. OTP is an easy feature which can add lot of value and improve UX for the users.

I think you should implement captcha/otp for booking of facilities. it is impossible “manually” to have all the slots of any facility filled up for the next day within 60 seconds of slot openings. can we please ensure that no “automated scripts” are deployed to book high-in-demand facilities… this is particularly the case in big societies..

Lack of good payment options

Dear User, these are charges from our Payment Gateway Partners, standard convenience fees like you would find in other online sites as well like travel booking. We recommend using UPI on the ADDA App, as it incurs zero convenience charges. We are passing your suggestion to the team for additional credit cards and will implement it soon!
Surprisingly better than MyGate or Nobrokerhood
Suggestions: Integrate with or Supply RFID tag to know when resident has entered/exited. When resident coming via cab instead of self car, then have a QR to scan and enter quickly.
