My phone number, email and even transaction details were leaked online from this app. This app is not safe to use.
Garbage App
UPI payment for the rent through Google Pay is not going through. Haven’t faced this with any other app.

Pros
1. Payment and accounting is seemingly good and UPI integration stands apart
2. User friendly interface
3. Less cluttered homepage with limited advertising features
4. Good customer service
Cons
1. Visitor management need to be enhanced , auto cab approval setup is required
2. Admin reports needs more transparency and less dependence on customer services
3. Tenants Management needs improvement with privacy concern

Pathetic.. Unable to use International credit card with INR as preferred currency
I have been writing to Adda’s support team since January 2026 about an issue in using INR payment while using International credit card and the support team haven’t solved it. Surprised to see issue cannot be solved for 7 months. Shame!!
Good Community App
There is a lot of scope to Improve. While booking cab, can we make ‘add more details’ section as mandatory instead of optional. If that can’t be done, at-least can we remove the ‘(optional)’ text.
