I tried to subscribe from US. It keeps loading once I click a plan. Contacted support several times - deadly silence!

Every time want to watch something app asking to subscribe . I have my subscription till Jan’2026 . This is last time , will not subscribe anymore .
Too much fishy and expensive
App take too much load and too much experience charges are only for yearly base subscription lol
Fraudulent application
take whole year subscription but it is not reflect in the app even after 10 days. Contact number always switched off. No response in whatsapp either. Completely fraud, please take appropriate legal action against them.
Buffering and other technical issues
Lots of issues in the interface. The buffer is there even when network is the best. Content is good but no worth of watching if it continues to have so much issues
Taken money, App doesn’t work, no reply from support
I have taken subscription by paying money. App doesn’t allow me to watch contents, the support team never replies back. Pathetic!!!

Good but not the best yet
This is no doubt a good Bengali Streaming OTT App but it needs to boost the service by adding more fresh content just like the Bengali OTT giant Hoichoi, take it as a feedback as i’m giving it a 5 star to appreciate SURINDER FILMS.
Regretting
Now i am really regretting after purchasing the subscription. Playback fumbles a lot. Watching movies on this platform is not worth the price.
Worst OTT app
The app is not working in any device (Mobile, Laptop, TV) properly. Videos always restarts after every 5 minutes.

Fraud
I have subscribed, but it was not showing in the app. I have contacted the customer care. Initially they guided in some ways but still the issue was not resolved. Then after that they stop responding. They are not even refunding my money.
Wrong subscription
I subscribed for world plan (2999) but after payment it is showing as India plan (799). And also while trying to reach support, no one is answering. Requesting apple to block them as they charged money without paying there service

I paid a year of subscription now I can’t login. There is no customer support. Tried contacting by email phone but no response.
