Laggy + buggy
After the recent update, the app is full of bugs and it lags every time when I try to watch any series or movies.
Subscription managing system is too bad.
How can a subscription system be this complicated? I literally have to sit here and wait just to cancel a subscription. There should be a simple cancellation option directly in the app. This whole system is unnecessarily frustrating.

Very professional service on the email, but their not in the app is not as good. The email service was quick, professional and solved the issue immediately.
