Forcing dub
Why are you forcing kolkata Bengali dub instead of giving us the option to choose the original? Ruins the experience completely. It makes no sense to why you wouldn’t just give us the option to switch audio tracks? Make it make sense

After the recent update, the app is full of bugs and it lags every time when I try to watch any series or movies.
Subscription managing system is too bad.
How can a subscription system be this complicated? I literally have to sit here and wait just to cancel a subscription. There should be a simple cancellation option directly in the app. This whole system is unnecessarily frustrating.

There is no option to cancel the subscription by yourself!!they will keep deducting the monthly from your card, leaving you no option to cancel it. Rather they forward you to a lazy WhatsApp account which never responds. Keep away from them

Hassle with Cancellation
A platform should enable easy cancellation. However, I had to go through their support service through WhatsApp messages to cancel their subscription. Such pain!!

Worst customer service
I made a purchase but unable to see the subscription. Tried to reach out to customer service but everytime gets an autogenerated email and bot in WhatsApp app support.

Horrible app. Have cancelled the subscription yet it is such a fraud that it continues to deduct from my account
Unstable and bad app
Many bugs and issues in the app. Don’t use the app. It doesn’t work well. “no internet connection” is a regular issue on playback. Internet and WiFi exists, but the issue persists. App data and cache clearance does not fix the issue. Uninstall and installing it again does not fix the issue. Support is non-existent. Don’t waste your money with this subscription.
