This app connects with Shortcuts to interrupt you when you try to open another app. I built this because I was opening social media apps unconsciously, and a few seconds delay was enough to at least make it a conscious choice. There are a number of apps that do this on the app store, but I tried 5 of them and they all either didn't work, charged a subscription if you wanted to use them for more than one app, or made other features such as screen time limits mandatory. This is a stripped down, simple, 100% free app that lets you add a brief pause before opening certain apps you may feel addicted to.
