Horrendously Fraudulent

I’m really upset with my experience at AddMile, and it’s hard to put into words just how violated and frustrated I feel. I was blindsided by a $99 charge that I never authorized, and when I reached out for clarification, the responses were vague and dismissive. It’s infuriating to be told I agreed to this charge when the details weren’t clearly communicated in the first place. Instead of receiving genuine support, I felt like I was talking to a robot—someone who didn’t care about my concerns or feelings. Their rigid policies left me feeling trapped, as if my voice didn’t matter at all. After multiple attempts to address my issues, I was met with silence and indifference, which only added to my frustration. This company needs to take a hard look at how they treat their customers; it’s simply not right to leave people feeling undervalued and disrespected. I can’t recommend AddMile to anyone looking for real support, because my experience has shown me that they prioritize their policies over their customers’ well-being.

This entire ordeal has been incredibly disappointing, and I hope my experience helps others avoid the same fate.

App is a joke!

Decided to give it a try for $15 trial. Was then charged an additional $99. Emailed customer service and they stated that it was my problem as I had to agree to all these terms and such which was not the case at all. I was willing to continue with the charge of $115 but then I couldn’t access anything within the app. Kept asking me to pick a plan. Once again emailed customer service and it again was my problem. So I am out $115 as they refuse to refund anything and I can’t access anything so I deleted the app.

Free trial is a lie there’s no number or nothing to communicate with someone and if you cancel the subscription you will be charged anyways so the app is a complete scam

The application or website platform is confused and scam you multiple times to pay for subscription

My real purpose only paid for 1-2 things that cost me less than $4x

And end up paid for premium subscriptions for $99 and other items without any clues. I decided to cancel it immediately and asked for refund. Unfortunately they won’t let me. And all certified coach’s are quite lack of experience by watching their introductions video. Please don’t pay for anything yet. I feel regret about this decision.

Paid subscription and app doesn’t allow access

As per title.

I’ve written two or three times and can not get through the email & password.

Nobody is getting back. Would really like a refund.

Frustrating as the content looked good.
