Led to loosing $1000’s
The overall service is OK but there’s one caveat. If for whatever reason your account gets down like an annual payment, not paid on time, etc…. They will automatically deactivate all of your aliases. Upon making the payment., Your alias has never get reactivated, which is not immediately known to you because they don’t say it…
Thinking that my alias were activated as I left them, I missed 100’s of important emails, (thinking my alias’ were active as I have the pro subscription) This to irreversible damages that I’m still trying to resolve.
Addy.io if you vote or someone’s account and deactivate all of their emails because they were downgraded, but don’t recactivatr them upon payment. Is unacceptable. You took an action I did not, which is significant and no attempt to change it back after… having to sit there and reactivate hundreds of aliases is daunting… situation is horrible all around partially your fault.

Thanks for your review, I'm really sorry to hear about this, I agree that this is a fair criticism of how downgrades are handled. On the back of this feedback I have actually just updated the web app so that it now takes a snapshot of your account settings (aliases, domains, usernames etc.) when your account is downgraded which is automatically restored if you decide to resubscribe. Hopefully that can avoid any confusion or issues like this going forward. Best, Will

Great app for a great service
If you haven’t tried an email relay service before, you should give Addy a shot. Even you’ve tried others before, this one is the best around - it’s super slick and user-friendly across all platforms, but also has great depth of features and exposes a lot of power user functionality if you want it.

Love this app
Great service to use, especially for privacy while still being able to maintain a free plan for email aliases. In the future I'm most likely going to move towards a paid plan.
