About

adePT is a patient records app for practising physicians. Keep your charts, consultations, admissions and prescriptions on your phone, and print the documents your patient walks out with. It follows how a consultation actually runs: open the patient, record the complaint and the diagnosis, write the prescription, print it, move on to the next. RECORDS - Patient list with search - Consultations carrying chief complaint, diagnosis, treatment notes, and any custom fields you define for your practice - Admissions grouped by hospital and nurse station, with room numbers and discharge summaries - Vitals, with the fields and plausible ranges that suit your specialisation PRESCRIBING - Write a prescription as a plain list, or as a dose-timing grid across breakfast, lunch and dinner - Half and quarter tablets are ordinary prescribing, so write 1/2, 3/4 or 1 1/2 and that is exactly what prints - Piece counts and per-medicine remarks LABORATORY REQUESTS - Curate the tests you order most from a catalogue of standard panels - Add them to a consultation or an admission with a tap PRINTED DOCUMENTS - Prescriptions, laboratory requests and medical certificates - A5 documents carrying your name, licence and PTR numbers - Long lists flow onto as many pages as they need, with the header and patient details repeated on each WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL Every record is written to the phone first and synced when there is a connection, so a dead spot in the ward does not stop you working. Anything not yet sent is marked on the record itself, so you always know what has reached the server. YOUR PRACTICE - Reports on patients seen, most frequent diagnoses and most prescribed medicines, over the range you choose - Hospital affiliations, specialisation and sub-specialty - Create secretary accounts for clinic staff REQUIRES AN ACCOUNT adePT needs an adePT account to sign in. Records sync with your practice's adePT server and the same records are available on the web. adePT keeps records and prints documents. It does not diagnose and it does not make treatment decisions. The clinician remains responsible for every entry and every prescription.

Laboratory results on your phone Results recorded at the front desk now appear on the consultation — values, units, reference ranges and high/low flags, with the date the sample was taken. You can add or correct them yourself at the bedside. See what is waiting for you Patients and consultations with new intake from the front desk are highlighted on the list, so a patient still waiting never slips past. The highlight clears once the entry has been seen and finalised. One visit, one record Starting a consultation when an entry for today already exists now offers to open that entry instead, so a single visit stops landing on two records. Faster prescribing Medicine suggestions appear as you type, drawn from the Philippine FDA register, the lines you prescribe most often, and any medicines you have saved to your own list. Dose-timing grid fix Switching the grid on no longer looks as though it has emptied your prescription. The written list now stays on screen and the grid fills in from it. Easier to read Patients are listed as "Surname, First name", so the list reads alphabetically at a glance. Dark mode has been corrected throughout — the ward list, patient names and room numbers were hard to read at night. Help and announcements Help and FAQ now live in Settings and stay readable without a connection. Announcements appear under Notifications with an unread count.
