I've been using this app since 2020, it wasn't this bad.
Now it's stressful trying to check results online. It's a waste of time since I end up calling their Customer Service only for them to tell me to reinstall the app which doesn't solve the problem.
I end up going to the branch just to retrieve my results. So much for online results.

Unable to open after update
Please fix, it’s not opening. Need to check lab results which will be released tomorrow.

I’ve been using the app for sometime now but this morning, the app doesn’t open. Please help. I think it’s the recent update. Kindly fix this. Thank you.
NO ONLINE RESULTS FOUND??
So we have been using this App since 2022 and has been helpful when it comes to backtracking our previous results but issue started yesterday when I downloaded the app again to check my online results, the App is saying “No Results Found”. I checked the Portal App but all the results and past tests were there. I thought the issue would be fixed by now but it has not. WHAT IS HAPPENING?
