Adept - Observe

Adept Observe is the survey app used by workplace consultants to record how an office is actually used - desk by desk, room by room, hour by hour. A surveyor joins a study with a code, picks a floor, and walks it. Each desk and meeting room is drawn on the real floor plan, so recording an observation is a tap on the thing in front of you rather than a line on a clipboard. WHAT IT DOES - Real floor plans, drawn from the building's own CAD drawings - Tap a desk or room to record how it is being used at that moment - Answer options are set per space type, so a meeting room and a desk ask different questions - Records how many people are in a room, not just whether it is occupied - Combinable rooms - record a joined space once and it is shared between the rooms automatically - Colour-coded plans show at a glance what has been covered and what has not BUILT FOR REAL BUILDINGS - Works completely offline. Basements, plant rooms and lifts do not stop a walk - Everything is stored on the device and syncs when a connection returns - Several surveyors can split a floor between them - Available in twelve languages FOR SURVEYORS You need a study code from whoever is running the survey.
