Not bad. Beat dealer auction app, but that’s not saying a lot. It’s worlds better than Manheim and Carmax Auctions.
The worst interface
For being such a large corporation, this app, as well as their online website, has to be the worst interface. There is no way to view any if bids that are awaiting an answer. There is also no way to see any vehicles that we have run through the sale. If you don’t call in to ADESA, you’re left with nothing but questions. Any other auction platform has everything listed clearly and efficiently. You can see pending bids on your inventory as well as the purchases that are made. Step up ADESA. Meet the current needs of your customers. Stop pushing an app that is only geared toward ADESA Clear.

Best Auction App
If you are comparing this to other big auctions this by far has the best UI. The app gets constantly updated to fix bugs and the programming team is actually competent when it comes to identifying issues. The filter menus are straightforward. Anyone who dislikes it is probably over the age of 40 and prefers an old school layout. I appreciate how the simulcast is extremely responsive on mobile and desktop. I know it’s happened on other platforms where your bid is delayed and you end up overpaying but not on here.

Updates make it inoperable
This business is fast paced one wrong move can really mess you up. Need an app that can keep up this is not it. Automatic logouts in the middle of the lane. No Face ID have to merge with something else. I understand the complications of someone else using your app but need for it to function when it matters most.
