Best Auction App
If you are comparing this to other big auctions this by far has the best UI. The app gets constantly updated to fix bugs and the programming team is actually competent when it comes to identifying issues. The filter menus are straightforward. Anyone who dislikes it is probably over the age of 40 and prefers an old school layout. I appreciate how the simulcast is extremely responsive on mobile and desktop. I know it’s happened on other platforms where your bid is delayed and you end up overpaying but not on here.

Updates make it inoperable
This business is fast paced one wrong move can really mess you up. Need an app that can keep up this is not it. Automatic logouts in the middle of the lane. No Face ID have to merge with something else. I understand the complications of someone else using your app but need for it to function when it matters most.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience with this company. Imagine sending a grievance letter via email and over 4 months and counting no response at all.

Constant updates on issues that don’t get fixed
The app was great when I first downloaded it about a year ago, but recent updates seem to have introduced several issues. Features that previously worked—like viewing OBD codes—are no longer accessible. Additionally, the app crashes whenever I try to use the “View Summary” button. Hoping these problems get addressed soon.

This new app is horrible I miss the old app. Very disappointed in adesa. I’ve been going to adesa since 1989. Very very disappointed.
Not working properly
Since march 5 I have in app only Adesa clear, no way to choose Simulcast!!! When I log in, after I do sms code verification, I have running circle which never stops. So basically I can’t go further. After I restart app, it opens, but I have only clear. No Access to simulcast.
I deleted app completely, reset cache and deleted, nothing helps. If I log in with my Samsung, everything works fine.

Best auction app IMO
This is a modern app that is very intuitive to navigate. It takes some getting used to because all the auctions we are used to working with are so behind on technology, but ADESA has really stepped up their game. Their recommendations are spot on with what I’m interested in, their vehicle values are very accurate and the app is really easy to use.

As of 11/26/25 this app is great!
Although when the transition happened this app was missing critical features vs the original one, as of today all those features are back in plus a bunch of other quality of life improvements!
Over complicated
Bring back the old app.
Basic app like the old version. Location. Should be able to keep home location. Then sort vehicle in a list by model. This app takes 10minutes just to set up. Also doesn’t have certain models in the list. This app is a fail.
