This app is highly effective.
Things I love, very beautiful user interface. Color options are pleasing and not overwhelming to look at. I leave the app open on my desk while I work.
Things I would love to see added. I’d love to be able to add a second or third matrix. I would use one Eisenhower matrix for admin, life, and reminders. My second matrix would be split by client and what I have to do for each of their projects. Currently that’s how I’m using it, as I’m juggling a few projects and being able to see all of the tasks at once across multiple projects is a game changer.
Additionally I’d love to add a function to select certain tasks as a priority, so they float to the top of the list.
One UI request, I’d like all the fonts to match size for the tasks. I know they shrink to add more letters and shorter task names appear larger; but it throws me off a bit visually.
I’d like to thank the creator for this app, it’s amazing to have someone making something with this level of quality for free. I hope some of my feedback can be considered.

Your ideas for multiple matrices, priority tasks that stay at the top, and consistent task text sizes are excellent. All three sound like something I could make work. This is a life saver
It feels amazing to be relieved of the guilt of not “getting things done” when they didn’t need to be done today in the first place. And I have my high priority tasks right there to make sure they don’t get missed.
My one nitpick would be that it would be amazing to be able to reorder the tasks in a set once they’re typed. It seems to me that they’re locked in the order of entry, and it would be helpful to be able to re-prioritize them as they come up.
Otherwise it’s perfect. If it ever gets added I’m changing to 5 stars in a heartbeat.

Thank you for your kind and honest feedback. Keep an eye out for version 1.7 for reordering tasks. When it drops, you’ll be able to rearrange your tasks by dragging and dropping them like you can for moving tasks between quadrants in the Matrix tab view.
