Absolute Necessity

As a person that has been diagnosed with ADHD Combined Type, I have found that any slight noise can be a distraction to me and cause me to lose my focus on my task at hand, and become fixated on the source of the noise.

Therefore, a good pair of noise cancellation headphones, and this app are absolute necessities for me. My medications and this app are crucial for my ability to focus and concentrate.

I love it I might not have ADHD but it’s helps me relax a lot more I also get travel sickness but when I played brown noise I fell asleep almost instantly
