Soo many issues with this version.
App is not good, not able to change quality of vedio. Also if some network issue happens we can’t figure it out, bcz others chats is also not available. No option to check.

After current update i am unable to access my course and customer service is also not responding.

After the current update I’m not able to change the playback quality of the video. Even though I have selected 720p, but it is still running in 144p. I’m using the app on my iPhone 13.
Horrible experience
Just took an htet batch for 3300 u keep on calling them daily they dont care there are no live classes going on no syllabus discussion i took specially my subjects batch but they have just put 10 previously recorded videos that too not in an order just formality and no syllabus discussion and even the common paper videos are not in proper order

Making a fool of students
The course was not completed for UGC NET . No tests, nothing. Syllabus was left as such and no response even after complaints.
Please give Speed increase (1.5x ,2x ) button on videos
