Advertising

Stop advertising in the middle of me checking transactions or bills just put banners also a line where if we face issue with app. We should be able to reach customer service via the app or what’s up to give changes of to the app. Think ahead stop being active only when there is a problem.

Worst pop ups

I cant use the app without a million pop ups constantly wasting my time.

The worst

ADIB app is one of the worst banking app I have used, it has so many technical issues, and the app frequently switches from English to Arabic and its own, I also keep on getting error messages whenever I try to upload documents, overall the experience has been very frustrating, and I would not recommend it

تحديث التطبيق

أصبح التطبيق جداً معقد وليس user friendly خطوات بسيطة تمت إضافتها ولكن اثرت على التجربة بشكل كامل : مثال عند اضافة معلومات مستفيد جديد للتحويل وادخلت بعضها واحتجت للتأكد من الباقي أضطر إلى اعادة كل شي لنه التطبيق انغلق وغير ذلك عند استكمال الإضافة يطلب كود الموبايل ثم كود الذي يصل كمسج ( which is too much )
ايضا عند اختيار الهدف من التحويل اضطر إلى الاختيار مرتين مرة بشكل عام ومرة بشكل محدد اكثر.. التجربة الحالية سيئة واتمنى ان يتم اعادة النظر فيها وتطويرها

تطبيق مصرف أبوظبي الإسلامي من أفضل التطبيقات المصرفية في الإمارات 🇦🇪
سهل الاستخدام، سريع في تنفيذ العمليات، ويوفر خدمات كثيرة مثل التحويل، دفع الفواتير، وإدارة الحساب بكل راحة.
التحديثات المستمرة تحسن من الأداء وتجربة المستخدم بشكل واضح.

لكن نأمل مزيد من التطوير في سرعة الدعم الفني وإضافة مزايا جديدة تسهل التعامل اليومي أكثر.

Issue with availability

Most of the time it has technical issues and not available to do any transfers. The app is in decline and not getting any better with updates, they are focusing on changing the user experience while they have a big issue with the availability of the app.

Best Banking app ever

I moved from banks twice in the last 2 years, I chose ADIB for their mortgage rate but I will be staying with ADIB for this app. It’s absolutely the best banking app I’ve ever used. Super easy to navigate and so user friendly. The other big banks in AD do not even come close. As a western I was nervous about banking in an Islamic bank but I could not be happier with my experience.
Well done to whoever designed it and thanks for your work.
