Horrible application
I really like DIB’s products and offers. It’s one of my favorite banks, and I even opened a salary account with DIB. However, their app is terrible! It lacks some basic features for example, I can’t even view my card details in the app, and it’s quite laggy.
I really hope they improve the app before I unfortunately have to switch to another bank.

Great Bank, Terrible App
Very pleased with the products offered but the app is horrible compared to competitors banking apps. It’s slow, sluggish and feels like an afterthought rather than designed for a purpose. It’s got most of the features built in but it will become a better app if they can make a more seamless app experience by including transactions history that goes further than 30 days, statements built into the app and making the UI match the latest operating system rather than looking 15 years old.
