بحاجة الى مراجعة شاملة

من المؤسف تطبيق يحدث مرة بعد مرة ولا يوجد تحسن ملحوظ او الأخذ بملاحظات العملاء وعلى سبيل المثال في التطبيق يمكن لك زيادة أو نقصان مبلغ التحويل ولكنه فقط ينقص ولا يمكن زيادة المبلغ
كذلك عدم القدرة على إلغاء المستفيدين وهذا امر جعل القائمة تطول واصبحت تربك العميل خصوصاً عدم الحاجة لبعضهم ونريد إزالتهم
ونفس الشيء لخدمات دفع الفواتير ك ديوا واتصالات حيث لايمكن ازالة البعض لعدم الحاجة
الحقيقة انتم لاتتجاوبون مطلقا ً مع الكثير من المتطلبات فهل هذا دليل عجز ام عدم اهتمام
