Шляпа, а не приложение. Есть множество платных ресурсов которые стабильно работают, а Ваше приложение даже не подключается в центре города..

Дорого

Впн относительно хороший, но вместо 5р стали брать внезапно по 15, а за подключение устройства брать плату. То есть если у вас комп + телефон - это 30р в день = 900 в месяц.
 Техподдержка либо не отвечает, либо отвечает бот, а потом вас оставляют с проблемой.
Лучше взять другой впн, по качеству не будет ничем хуже и цена ниже.
