I've been using Adit for about 5 months now and it has been great for my dental office. I can manage everything from one place. The app lets me make patient calls and see the schedule. I can access all the information I need to without being in the office.

Outstanding Service
I have had the opportunity to work with this company for over three months now, and I’m very happy to say they are above and beyond great! Adit is simply the best and most cost-effective practice management software currently available, in my opinion. I moved over from Weave, which was awful for various reasons and far overpriced in comparison. The things I love about Adit include: the office phones, the software itself (both desktop and mobile phone apps), the highly responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable customer support team, as well as the pricing which is absolutely reasonable for the total added value it brings to our practice. If you are on the fence about trying Adit for your business or practice, do yourself a huge favor and try them out, the results will speak for themselves. Highly recommend!

Weave is better
I made the mistake of switching over to Adit from Weave. Their app glitches all the time. It will eventually get sorted, but for small business owners, this is not the ideal way to run your office. We need constant, continuous functional services in order to better operate and serve our patients. Fully regret switching over from Weave.

Not trusted company
I am a dentist and I Would not recommend Adit at all. This is the worst platform office Phones not working,app not working, customer service dishonest, they said not contract, but on separate page you have 12 month contact,
fraudulent charges.
Too make phone works, They connected my cell phone to Google voice, this is how they work. They are not trying to fix problems. Run, do not sign up, save time, do not loose patients because of this app

My life is easier with this app!
Every day I am able to see my provider schedule and reference any patient from my phone.
I can even receive calls on the weekend without using my personal number.

Love their App
This app has been super reliable for me. It lets me stay connected with patients even when I’m away from the office, which is huge. Messaging is smooth, notifications work as expected, and I’ve never had any issues. Makes staying responsive on the go really easy.

Phone app does not work
Phone calls can not be answered , for 3 month , if office phone picked up, cell phone continues ringing, if you answer mobile phone you can not connect, they promised to fix it for 3 month. Just waste of time, do not recommend.
Horrible App
Absolutely the worst out there!! Never works properly and I have spent countless hours on the phone with them only to be told they have submitted the issue to the developer and should be resolved shortly. Never is resolved!! Don’t waste your time or money on this useless product!!

Don’t do it!
Had a very challenging onboarding. Issues from texts being sent out trying to confirm patients who have already confirmed, mass emails failed, grammar issues with default eyewear reminders, voicemail box text notifications not working properly and a very slow app and web page. We are now switching back to weave.

Total useless company
This company lies about everything, their app or desktop application never works. 9 months of continuous issue no calls can be made or answered. They know the problem but all they say it being worked on for 9 months. I would avoid this company until they get their product in order. I’ve lost so much time on the phone with adit just to get no where. All of their employees are overseas, and literally never understand English. They hire cheap labor prob paying them under 5$ an hour to trouble shoot. And there upper management are just as confused of there product.
