JUNK!
This app is much more complicated to use then the regular Adirondack Bank app. The user interface for this app compared to that is terrible. I had to call Adirondack Bank’s toll-free support line to inquire about having my transfer feature unlocked. Even after calling, I had to communicate via e-mail to another support group to get it enabled. This never had to be done on the regular app. Another issue I had is, I had to re-enable all text message alerts and other alerts for my account on the Adirondack Bank website. That happened because this app wiped everything, as soon as I was signed up to use it. However, that is just the start on why this app is so poor. I cannot even deposit a check for my business. The personal app can deposit checks. How did they make that decision? A business check is way more significant then a personal check. That is probably a huge inconvenience for many businesses using Adirondack Bank…
