Stop resetting my account!
Adobe keeps resetting my account, saying someone else is using my account, but it’s just me on my other computer! I have explained to online chat support, who said they would sort it out, but still doing it.
Inconsistent and stopped working
The app won’t open for me anymore. Always going in loops trying to log in
Dreadful product
This has to be the worst product ever. The program freezes and glitches every single time. I waste so much time waiting for it to unfreeze and stop glitching. I hate adobe and looking to change. Zero customer support. No response to complaints or requests for support. The worst. To make it worse I am paying for an expensive subscription for a product that barely functions

The app keeps crashing when I try to open it. Completely unusable.

Love how easy it is to verify it’s me. Especially since I have so many Adobe subscriptions. Only thing I would advise fellow users is. Make sure you Log into your new device before switching phones cause I almost lost access to my accounts lol

Much of the time this app will not stay open or open at all. But when it opens and stays open it works great.

Stupid to have to have this app!
Why can’t Abode authenticate like everyone else by using a well-known authenticator app like Google Authenticator, Duo, etc. We don’t need your stupid bloatware, Adobe!
