Only works if you say share a copy
This is the best and easiest free PDF scanner that I've used. I tried multiple others during the Covid pandemics and nothing worked for the free version. This one works great – but only if you use the share a copy button. If you use the share button or try to create a link. It doesn't work at all!

Love it … but hate it
I’ve been using the app for a while now, & it’s getting worse. Despite investing $200 in a light box to help with scanning, a phone stand to hold it steady, mains power connection the app keeps crashing, takes ages to save a file, the quick scan is iffy & always wants to check if I’ve turned a page, or scans too quickly. I reinstalled the app & nothing improved … expected more from a big company that’s been around for a while …

Want cancelled immediately!
Want cancelled - system froze when checking into subscribe. After inputting payment, and looking at it, tried to cancel and apparently the Hotel Computer didn’t complete the process due to freezing. Was unaware and charges have been placed on my card. Please email desparks16@gmail to advise it is cancelled and give money reimbursement. Thank you.

Too expensive
$16 per month is far too expensive. That price should be $16 per year, not per month.
Outstandingly modern!
In mirroring the OS updates, with Adobe’s a closer (auto?) system can be developed. Switching between Apps should not cause loss of previous scans!

Makes your life easy and can scan documents efficiently in pdf format . I use it to scan and to capture all imp documents . Good app and easy to use it. You can combine multiple scan pages in a Single document.
A photocopier in your hands but better!
I use Adobe Scan for storing documents for my dog boarding business. I can’t describe how much I rely on it. Highly recommended.
Cancelling subscription is not efficient
I got the free trial to create 1 PDF. I did not receive the email I was promised to receive before I was charged. Suddenly, two charges hit my account for over 30 dollars at 6 am in the morning. I go to my iPhone subscription to cancel but the Apple pro and Assistant AI isn’t there to cancel. I go to the adobe scan app to cancel and it takes me directly to my iPhone subscriptions and no where else. It’s not possible to cancel. I google and scour the website. It only tells me to use the approach I’ve already used. I scour the website to find a number or chat to cancel. This takes forever to find. I finally find chat but the back and forth takes forever. The agent keeps trying to sell me more and avoid the cancellation completely. I’m furious at this point and express it. Only then am I allowed to cancel. It took me 1.5 hours of my morning to do a simple cancellation. This is horrendous customer service and shady of the company to make cancelling this hard.

I am really tired of supposedly high-end applications being the slowest things in the face of the planet. You bog down on an insanely powerful workstation and then I can’t do my work as fast and I have to find an alternate method to do anything.

Loaded with options!
I’ve used all types and manner of mobile Scanners, some discontinued. Adobe has stood the test of time. I particularly love how they keep innovating. You’re able to transmit via so many platforms and media, you’re able to edit (add) to an already finished scan. Makes my job a breeze.
