It Works, but GEEZ! RIDICULOUSLY FREQUENT UPDATES ARE ANNOYING!!!
I’d give this app 5 stars, but they update so frequently, as often as several times a week! Them doing this more often then not resets my login for both facial recognition for this app AND the regular username and password needing reentry. I appreciate the updates, but can’t they combine these updates together sometimes to like maybe no more than once a week unless it’s something really major? Also the need to update doesn’t show on the list from the Apple Store so the simple “Update All” doesn’t do it for this app which would be far more convenient. The ADP app shows the update notice on its home screen only.

Clocking in takes too long to load
This app constantly causes me to clock in at least a minute later than I intended. After I am logged in, the "clock" feature doesn't like to load at all. I have to keep exiting and going back to get it to work. Initially all I get is a white screen. I update the app every time it prompts me.

Always makes error. Every single time when I try to clock in. Updates never worked. They need better developers.
Horrible App
Need to use this app to clock in/out of work, most days it doesn’t work as it should. Updates minimum 3 times a week without actually fixing any issues. 4 out of 5 work days unable to log in or use quick clock as a pop up comes up saying “unavailable”. A person shouldn’t have to go to work an hour early in hopes they can clock in on time if at all.

Worst app
This app is awful. About three weeks ago it stopped showing my paystubs in the app. ADP even did an update to the app 6 days ago and the app still doesn't show my paystubs.
It's bad when the company you trust your payroll with can't provide an app that works or can be fixed in a reasonable amount of time.
This app is useless.
Update: ADP responded with the same thing their site provides. "We recommend trying to clear your cache and reinstalling the app. If that doesn't correct the issue, please contact your company's HR/Payroll person, who can reach out to our ADP Service Team for further assistance."
It's just the typical run around with no resolution in fixing the issue.
I did contact my HR and they said it was an ADP app issue they are aware of the issue.

If you need a payroll company, do NOT use ADP.

Sucks
You can only view certain information on the web browser. The web browser was under maintenance for two days. Anytime I try to login through the web browser it says error and yes it is only that site. Can’t yall just make everything through the app itself? So frustrating

Not reliable
The app frequently times out, says it’s not available, it simply takes forever to load. I have full WiFi and cell service when accessing the app. Once you’re logged in the features are great. Better if the Apple Watch app had more features.
Could be the worst app ever
Why do you need to put in your password so you can use Face ID? Why don’t I get a bubble notification when I have an approval waiting, but once I complete them and exit the app, I have bubble notifications saying that there are notifications because I completed the approvals I didn’t get notified about. I honestly can’t be the only person that notices these things right?

Horrible
This app is slow and clunky. The design of the app doesn’t flow well and it is difficult to navigate. You have to go to three different places just to see who is working a shift you are not, so swapping shifts isn’t as easy as HotSchedules made it. Time off requests don’t submit half of the time, and that is only if I am lucky enough to get the page to work.

Dangerous
This app has no ability to function without full service pointless if you work in a building or are on the road. The app tales forever and the offline features do not work at all consistently.
Worthless
I’ve been getting a email to approve an address for a bit now. Ya try and go into the app but nothing ever shows up or lets you accomplish the task. Ya search and NOTHING pulls up. Ya look for a contact number and NOTHING.

These reviews must be fake. This app needs a lot of improvements. Even after its updates, it constantly kicks me out and it lags when you click on the clock.
Constant Error Message
Pretty much every time I try to open the app a message pops up, saying they’re unable to load the app. Please try again later. This has been going on for over a month.
Frustrating
I’ve been using ADP for about a year now through my employer. When it works, it’s fine and yes, you can navigate it to find time cards, Time off, past pay, etc. The problem with it is that it often doesn’t work effectively. I often get delays, blank screens, and occasional codes when I’m trying to clock in or out. I’ve had to fully close out the app and restart again to possibly get it to work.
The “quick clock” rarely works so I have to jump through numerous screens (each one that may or may not work) just to get to where I need to clock in or out.
When you work in a field where prompt clock in/out are necessary and you get paid hourly, needing to clock in/out for lunch in a timely manner, it’s not just inconvenient, it can make a difference as an employee and to your employer in pay and accuracy. I often have to send emails that my time needs adjusted due to the app not working correctly.

Not as good as it used to be
It seems that with every update added to this app it gets more glitchy. It does not work correctly. Sometimes it does not record punch in’s or punch out’s. It’s harder to leave comments all in all app needs to get better. Not worse.
Not worth it
I used this app to keep track of my time card and to submit requests for time off. Since I updated to this version I am unable to do any of that. What makes it better…. I have an iPhone. Which means I can’t go back to the older version. It’s a huge inconvenience.

Paylocity is way better. Adp app never works, it doesn’t scroll half the time, it’s much more difficult to correct missed punches etc
