The system is not working
The system always lack behind and the login is not working or there is smoothing wrong with it

Ever since the last app update, it does not remember my Face ID. It makes me use my password. please fix this app. There’s constant issues it’s getting ridiculous. It is not fixed still doesn’t work.

This app is always throwing some kind of error code when I go to sign in or clock in. And the PTO is not easy to use
Slow
Slow loading. When I want to clock in, it has significant delays, and says app isn’t functioning right now.
Worst app ever!
This is the worst app ever designed by the worst people who ever walked on this planet! These animals will overwork you for minimum wage! And when you finally quit your job, they don’t even pay you for all your hard work on the last week, which is illegal! Everyone who works here should be arrested for life. DO NOT WORK HERE!

Why’s this app always down
This is the worst app. Rarely works, seems both mobile and my work for ADP have a mind of its own when it wants to work. Our company can barely help us with troubleshooting these problems too!

Always slow, sadly I have to use it, otherwise I would find other ways.
So many glitches. Hours get split into diff days.
The app is annoying. So many glitches. Always says the app is unavailable then I log in again and it pops up like the message never reared its ugly head just 20 seconds before.

Garbage
I’ve done all I can do that. I know of to get help with this app. All of a sudden I am no longer allowed to be part of this app and it claims I owe it money and I’m no longer allowed to review my paychecks or my taxes or anything whatsoever, I cannot access one thing. Do not use this app.

Annoyed
It’s very annoying when you go to login and it tells you that it’s not available and then you press login again and it logged you in. When you try to enter your time for the day. You have to swipe up four or five times to get it to slide up so you could enter your time in that’s annoying needs to be fixed. It wasn’t always like that. They’ve had five or six updates since this has happened you think they’d fix it by now this app is just plugged with issues and when they fix one issue there’s five other issues that happened.

If it wasn’t for work I’d uninstall
This is a terribly app, even with the constant updates!
You can’t stay logged in and majority of the time it needs a code that it’ll send you before logging in. And if you can log in, don’t be surprised if the app “isn’t available atm” but 30 seconds later no problem.
When logged in it’s incredibly slow, like if you try and clock in or see you schedule ect etc it takes you there but the page hasn’t even loaded. It’s like the app runs of old dial up!

Touch ID sign on does not work
It’s activated but requires password entry after a couple of accesses and overnight. Major inconvenience.
