Why kind of driving app doesn’t provide a history of rides and payment? Accept rides, they late cancel, admin deletes the ride so there is no history and then argues about payment. Requires full time tracking - even when not on a ride or the app does not work. Why do they need to know where I am 24 hrs a day. Pay has been reduced 30% in the 2 years I have driven. There are much better companies to drive for.

This app is not doing nothing for me. I cannot click in any message on any job. I cannot do anything

This the worst app I have ever used!!
This is by far one of the worst and most frustrating apps I have ever used. The app barely works and fails at even the most basic functions. I constantly have to call customer support just to complete simple tasks, which completely defeats the purpose of having an app.
It provides no useful information, sends annoying and unnecessary notifications , and does not even include something as essential as payout history to track earnings. There is also no proper way to contact passengers, making the whole experience inefficient and stressful.
The app frequently crashes, breaks, and feels poorly designed and unreliable. It wastes time, creates unnecessary problems, and clearly lacks proper testing and development. This product seriously needs a complete overhaul and major improvements in functionality, reliability, and user experience.

Worst driver app ever
I have used this app for a few years and it used to be okay, not as good as other driver apps I use. they have tried to “improve “ this app only to make it worse! They are asking for location permissions Always and that is too intrusive. ! It has so many glitches I deleted this app they are losing drivers because of this.

The App fails to work properly regularly.
Horrible, absolutely horrible
There’s so many glitches and speaking to somebody is even more of a task. Seems like a great concept, but there’s so many hoops to jump over which I appreciate but and has the making of being a great app because you’re being well taken care of as far as the people are going to be driving for you, which I’d like you’re gonna be taking several steps to get accepted like making sure you have all your vaccinations. You have the proper identification. But the app has so many glitches that it’s so irritating to get going the one thing they also require you to do is to do fingerprinting which I completely love but you paying out-of-pocket to do something like that. It’s just crazy.

Not worth it for drivers
This app is a waste of time. They don’t have enough rides for drivers and just keep you sitting idle after registration. No real work, no earnings. Totally disappointing for anyone looking to drive with them.

The app is terrible. Not working correctly and they pay less than last years. They receive for each student and paid the drivers like 3 students for the price one ride. Ridiculous!

I am in the process of signing up to become part of the company, but after I saw all the complaints here decided not to join. Their sign-up process is very slow and no response.
App Update
This organization updated their app to where drivers can no longer see the pay for rides upfront. They’ve taken away the ability to review and dispute rides. There’s no transparency. Won’t work for a company that operates like this. A week of pay missing/unpaid since the update.

Before the update we drivers were able to see after every ride, how much money we get payed. And also we had a history of payments available for our records.
And now NOTHING:
There is no place to check how much money we the drivers make after each ride and we don’t have any access/control to check our rides during the week/month.
This is very inconvenient and wrong for any driver. To hide our earnings is just 100% wrong. Very wrong.
Why would developers choose to hurt drivers in such big way ?
