Kinda fishy
When I first started, it was working fine. Then I went a month without opening the application, and it asked me to sign in again (as expected). When I went to sign in, I tried to put in my information but it asked me to make a new account instead. I went forward to do that and it accepted and I payed the money. But the problem is it still won’t let me access the videos. I have done this multiple times but all it does is say there is an error and not let me watch the videos. I went to the request center and put in my email in password. Every time I would press submit, it just erased me password like I never put it in.

I used to use proguides but you have to pay so much. I used the free trail to get a feel and definitely will pay when I get money for a subscription to this. It’s amazing! I love the bugs cpurse it’s my favorite definitely recommend this.
Doesn’t work and they got my money
I started my trial subscription and you can only view the first videos introducing the Pros. Last night it charged my card and I still cannot access any of the other videos. The app lacks any support options. I do not recommend this app until they fix it.
Update (03/15/2021): I have access to all the videos after submitting a help ticket. The videos are broken down by subject and the production quality is solid.
