Kinda fishy

When I first started, it was working fine. Then I went a month without opening the application, and it asked me to sign in again (as expected). When I went to sign in, I tried to put in my information but it asked me to make a new account instead. I went forward to do that and it accepted and I payed the money. But the problem is it still won’t let me access the videos. I have done this multiple times but all it does is say there is an error and not let me watch the videos. I went to the request center and put in my email in password. Every time I would press submit, it just erased me password like I never put it in.

Great

I used to use proguides but you have to pay so much. I used the free trail to get a feel and definitely will pay when I get money for a subscription to this. It’s amazing! I love the bugs cpurse it’s my favorite definitely recommend this.

Doesn’t work and they got my money

I started my trial subscription and you can only view the first videos introducing the Pros. Last night it charged my card and I still cannot access any of the other videos. The app lacks any support options. I do not recommend this app until they fix it.

Update (03/15/2021): I have access to all the videos after submitting a help ticket. The videos are broken down by subject and the production quality is solid.

I can’t figure out how to make the account for this there is no button and it’s irritating me.

Hey Bbblake - to create an account, simply swipe through our opening gallery and hit the "start" button. Once you do, you'll be able to create an account or log in to an existing account. If you've already made it to the homepage, you can create an account by tapping on the profile icon at the bottom right.

Fix the starting

When I go in and put in a username I put a good but it doesn’t allow me to go I put 8 characters and still can’t go I put uppercase lowercase period;numbers,underscore,hyphen I put all of that and I can’t log in like what’s the point of the app if I can’t log in please fix this or I might as well give this a one star even tho I haven’t used it please reply back to me.

Cant create account

Must pay for all the videos except for the first video

I think that it is a good concept to have people learn from pros, but you have to pay for everything. You can only watch one video from each pro. Now if the creators what to talk to me about this and maybe give me it for free I will see how I like the rest of the app but other then that it seems like they just want money.

Learning from the best

Bugha and MrSavage provide valuable advice on how to improve my game. I especially enjoy the tournaments and regular club now videos. Well worth the monthly subscription.
