Appears the manufacturer has abandoned the app - like previous post, the app doesn’t recognize it’s plugged in... tried rebooting phone, reloading app. Too bad a decent product, excellent value for the $$

Poor quality software, worse quality hardware. So fed up with it disconnecting constantly I've finally given up and binned it. So much promise, so little delivered.
