iOS 14/XS Max: Does Not Work
Appears the manufacturer has abandoned the app - like previous post, the app doesn’t recognize it’s plugged in... tried rebooting phone, reloading app. Too bad a decent product, excellent value for the $$

Worst thing I bought from kickstarter!!
It doesn’t work anymore. I keep on getting ‘this device is not supported’ on my iPhone

Poor quality software, worse quality hardware. So fed up with it disconnecting constantly I've finally given up and binned it. So much promise, so little delivered.
Couldn’t pair
Always shows disconnected message despite being paired to mobile phone. Please help!
Does not recognize my access port
I plugged it in a few times and even restarted my phone and it still says disconnected
Just doesn’t work
Headphones are connected (and playing music!) but this app just says “disconnected”. The model is supposedly supported by this app; just doesn’t work.

Cannot upgrade
Can’t upgrade to V1.1.6
Volume too loud but bass is too weak

Both app and Accessport does not work
Since iOS 11, plugging in the port will result in the following error message “Accessory not supported”. Contacting tech support resulted in zero response. App also cannot detect device. Either way, this venture by ADV-Sound was well-intentioned but has proven to be an utter failure and a fiasco.

Works great
Maybe I’m late to the game and the issues have been fixed, but I just downloaded the app and updated the firmware. Took less than two minutes in total, with it plugged in already and music was playing. No issues at all. No restarting. No weird noises. Charges just fine.
Avoid
Terrible support and product. It never works. Any apple product I have tried it with says it is not supported. App never shows it being connected. I tried to get my money back from the company and all they did was send a replacement unit which has the exact same problems. A great idea with a great physical design but terrible internal issues. A major disappointment.

I was part of the Kickstarter to get this company off the ground the product does not work properly you get new updates “one star”
Too loud
The volume is too high ,even I switch to low on my phone.
Disappointed. Not supported
A delayed receipt of the product, application doesn’t work and neither does the plug, even with the application that doesn’t recognize it. A huge let down.

อัพเดทเวอร์ชั่นใหม่แล้ว ก็เหมือนเดิม ขึ้นชาร์ทแบต 3 วินาที ก็หลุดหมด เรื่องฟังเพลงเลิกคิด ขึ้นที่แอพ disconnected ตลอด
Why can not I connect? Signal dropped forever Must be removed and then plugged. Last not available at all.
Update the new version and then the same battery charge 3 seconds to get out of the music listening to stop thinking at the app disconnected throughout. No good

Musicians will have a big issues with this
After so long it still doesn’t work and forget to use it with the accessport at all! I give up! Andvanced what a useless company another one to add on the list...
Accessport High-resolution Audio Amplifier works fine
After uprgading firmware of my Accessport High-resolution Audio Amplifier it works as a sound DAC-Amplifier fine. But Earphone inline volume Up and Down control now is disabled on all my MFI headpones!!! Please fix it.
