app useless
Unable to use app since single sign on (SSO) has been rolled out.
Smooth!
Smooth and easy to use! As someone who likes to voice dictate his notes, this app makes it easy to do so!
Down for weeks!

Unable to get customer support in a timely fashion
Too expensive for poor Customer Service
Work ok at First
Overall, it works OK as an EHR app. However, when I switched to single sign on for my company, the app stopped working that was frustrating and it makes it difficult to use when my laptop is down.
NO LONGER WORKING
Since the most recent update the app is no longer working. Only getting an error message when trying to log in now.
Mobile App
Very handy App
Barely functional
Just vanilla EMR with basic function and astronomical cost that goes up with time without any improvement in functionality. I have been stuck with this turkey for 10 years now because it is hard to change.
Stop
I am giving it a negative review because every single time I log on I get asked for a review
Great App but it keeps crashing
This is a great app and makes it easy to take notes throughout the workday but it has recently been crashing and I cannot get it to open.
Physician
Many deficiencies. Time per script is excessive, can’t renew controlled substances where refills are prohibited because you can’t put in a refill! System is often unstable and throws me out, can’t delete compounds that have to be called in because they are not formulary, error messages on every prescription. Many more.

Supporting Browser?
None of the help files or training videos can be opened in the app. Keeps giving an alert that browser used is not supported and to use safari or chrome. I tried both as my default browser + deleted & downloaded the app but still get the same error msg. Fix please.
Not useful
Biggest issue lately is that they keep removing brand names and it causes the medication to not go through to pharmacy. The brand name is still being manufactured so there is no reason for this. Please fix this.
I cannot change pharmacy in the app, that would be helpful.
Asking me to accept cookies every time I log in regardless of already answering. Having 3 windows open up that you have to click off every time you start a new telehealth session.
Many fixes needed.

MD
I really love AdvancedMD MD because of its dynamic flow and it’s user-friendly tabs.
Not for patients
One of my providers uses AdvancedMD as their portal, but I can’t find the actual app to install. This one is the doctor side, the other one appears to be the same. Don’t you have one for patients to contact the doctors?
Too complicated unnecessary
It is painful that medication prescriptions do not transmit, we cannot do spellcheck in our note, too many windows, too many steps to complete a visit, different windows for everything, multiple scheduling views to operate, to schedule vs provide=view, zoom connectivity is spotty.
Fix it!
I have issues with AMD daily. Several times a day. It’s a huge mess.
Good and bad
Excellent for checking my schedule and portal messages but impossible to use for scheduling due to a very bad column selection that’s impossible. Please fix this!!!
Too unpredictable
Sometimes I Save a document when signing off and it asks me to link it to another document. I don’t know how to do that.
A lot of unfixed issues and accessibility problems
There’s a lot of issues here. A long-standing bug where you can’t actually create a reoccurring telehealth series. The telehealth option gets turned off with no way to turn it back on. They’re f fully aware of it and report that they won’t fix it because enough people have it reported it as an issue even though it’s clearly a bug. Similarly, they don’t pay as much attention to accessibility as is needed. Both on the desktop, and on the mobile side, accessibility isn’t really much of a priority. And a person is maybe one or two issues away from not being able to use the service altogether. There’s a need to improve overall accessibility. For example, typing is a nightmare on this app for a person using the voiceover screen reader. Similarly the schedule tab has a lot of accessibility issues and a lot of the color coordinated holds and openings aren’t even announced. Again, they are aware of the issue, but after several years, have done nothing to actually resolve it.
