Calendar is completely nonfunctional
The calendar is completely useless on this app. It will jump you back-and-forth week to week and sometimes month-to-month when you’re trying to view a single day.
How is this rated so high?
This app stinks. It’s clunky, doesn’t fit the phone screen. Just complete slop. Color scheme stinks, there’s nothing good about it.
Decent, the support is terrible!
It is decent for very very basic functions. It is difficult to find data that you need and good luck getting an answer from support faster than three days. I wish I had started with a whole different software because it was a pain to change, but absolutely worth it!

pretty stupid always tells me I have to update the app when it’s already updated
and it never ever accepts my password no matter how many times I change it every single time it says your passwords are wrong

This app is lacking a lot of features. The one I’d like to prioritize is one for supervisors so we can sign and confirm notes from our therapists.
