Decent, the support is terrible!
It is decent for very very basic functions. It is difficult to find data that you need and good luck getting an answer from support faster than three days. I wish I had started with a whole different software because it was a pain to change, but absolutely worth it!

pretty stupid always tells me I have to update the app when it’s already updated
and it never ever accepts my password no matter how many times I change it every single time it says your passwords are wrong

This app is lacking a lot of features. The one I’d like to prioritize is one for supervisors so we can sign and confirm notes from our therapists.
Can’t reset password
Says to update app to reset password but it’s updated and won’t send reset link to email because of it
Be Aware - This Requires You To Conform…
Default entries are required in client profiles that will automatically override any later billing code changes made elsewhere in the application and will report the default in error. The app will make it look like your entries are saved, but you will be forced to edit the profile before editing and locking the note for that client visit. Highly impractical when you have clients back to back.
