Needs a modern redesign
The app works, but the design feels extremely outdated. It honestly looks like something from the 90s. The interface is cluttered, the graphics and fonts feel old, and it doesn’t follow modern mobile app design standards. I hope the developers consider a complete redesign with a cleaner, more modern look. Banking apps should feel polished and inspire confidence, and this one definitely needs a refresh.

I absolutely love this app! The ease of use is amazing. Developed to get you through the process quickly. Banking is important to most people. Customer service and support are essential. The customer is always protected on this app. I have been using this app for years. Hope you enjoy it too.

The worst banking app ever!!
I have been with this bank for years. The app has to be the worst app I’ve ever used. It’s almost impossible to log in, check balances, transfer, or perform any services. It never loads. No matter how many times they update it, NONE of the issues are ever resolved. Please fix the issues so the app can actually be function-able for your customer base.

No visible calendar seen when transferring
Noticed a few weeks now that the option to input date when setting up a bank transfer is not available. I cannot see a calendar as per usual way.
Hot Garbage
This app is absolute garbage and has me considering changing credit unions.
Don’t work with Zelle
Transfer money through Zelle was deactivated. The application is also very bad designed.

could really use a fresh coat of paint with a new ui and maybe a way to do things like ordering a new debit card from the app or disputing charges without having to leave the app. but all else is good!
Barely works
The app gives an error message when I try log in. I usually have to try at least 5 times before it MAY work. Once you actually get logged in, it may work or not. Though it’s less convenient, just log in through the browser.
Worse App Ever
If I could give 0 stars I would, every time I try to log in, it shows an error message, on top of that, you have to do a 2 step verification, which is also agg, I thought it was just my phone showing a error, but come to find out, it’s everyone’s acting up, then u either hv to call r log in online to pay your note r to check your account

It’s 2025, pay a developer to make this work
App would be decent if you didn't have an error message every other time you click on something. A 5 second process takes 5 minutes just because you have to keep trying until it finally works

Terrible app/website
The errors are consistent and you cannot access your account(s). I would not recommend banking here or having any credit accounts if you want online or app access. It scares me to have an error EVERY login!
Issues
What’s the point of having a banking app if you can never get on it? It’s always popping up an error code

If I could give 0 stars i definitely would.
Unintuitive
They send a card and no way to activate it by phone online or app without an account number. They don’t provide the account number with the card and the only way to set a password or reset a password is with an account number which is impossible to access. Not off to a great start
Needs updated
Needs to be updated like yesterday. Never can log in. Keeps saying system error. I know the error is on the app end of things because no trouble logging in on web browser.

Not good
This app has a system error every time I log into the app now. One of my loan payments was late because of this.
