Great Updates!
Really liking the new app, the old app was so bad. It keeps the features from the old app but the navigation and overall flow are much smoother and easier to use. Everything feels cleaner, faster, and more updated without losing the original features. 10/10 makes checking in and viewing my rewards way better

Downgrade
The OG app sucked as it was and this “upgrade” is even worse. It’s a nonstop loop trying to login. The biggest joke of it all is they are taking the tablets away, so it’s even harder for us to check in. They tried to copy J&J, and did a poor job! Marketing should be ashamed of themselves!
Garbage
Yeah, the new update looks nice but it’s been kicking me out almost every time I try to use it. This new update is trash. Garbage is saying that I don’t even have an account which I do. I also lost over 100 check-ins!!!! Not happy at all!!!!
Is this supposed to be an upgrade?
The transfer from the original app worked horribly! I lost about 60ish? Check ins and I still have to manually check in as there isn’t a save password option.

Hello! The new app should have retained all of your check-ins. Please reach out to support via email or phone and we will get it corrected. Also, you can add a Passkey on the My Account page for easy login via Face ID / Touch ID.
