This is helping me understand what my co-parent is really saying in their messages to me (it explains their message) and helps me avoid getting hooked! The responses are so helpful to keep me on track and not get sucked into fighting via text. The ability to track it all and download the messages into an easy to manage file is great and helps me feel ready for court if we have to go back!
