This really is a terrible program, this app would be bad in the 90s let alone in 2022.
Can’t Work Without It
Love the ability to signup for OT using this app. That, plus getting my court notices and seeing them on my calendar really helps. It took some of our older agency users a bit to get used to it. But I can’t live without it now!

Terrible application
If you are a fire department thinking of using this for staffing, pay… etc, run for the hills.One of the most un-user-friendly applications I have ever experienced and unfortunately was forced upon us by our city. Things like trades, swaps or even putting in for overtime are 10 step processes where our old application was simple & straightforward. Was told this made things easier for payroll but for the staffing officers, chiefs and general ops members, what a debacle.
