User reviews

Functional But Frustrating

It does what it says it does, but there are some glaring issues that make using it more of a hassle than the convenience it provides. It never stays logged in between uses (within hours of each other). When logging in it does not call up the iOS keyboard that allows you to input username + pw using FaceID or lock code. Which means you have to manually type your entire email address and password every time you use it. If you leave the app and come back to it you will get the impression that the new devices you are scanning are being registered and as soon as you get to the last step it will tell you that you need to log back in and upon logging back in everything you did up to that point is erased. Effectively making you start back over.

Not great

This would be a much better tool if you could actually sign in to it consistently. It either lets you the first time or kicks you out for too many redirects after it makes you go through the sign in process five or six times.

At this point it is honestly easier to use evidence.com which defeats the purpose of the handy app on your phone.

Can’t log on.

The app goes through the motions of logging in, two-factor authentication, then just returns to the Log In screen. Useless.

Does not work

App does not work on newer iOS. Do not even try. Will be frustrating.

Does not work on iPhone 14 Pro Max iOS 17.4
