I like the app, downside is that there is no visible info for the category section. I can plug all the other info in but can’t put anything for “categories”.

Glitchy
Every time I try to send a community request the categories aren’t available. The only way to get them to appear is to delete the app and reinstall it.

Every time I try and use the community request feature the categories will not load. Each time I have to uninstall the app and redownload it to work properly
Community request issue
When attempting to submit a community request, the app repeatedly will not show any options under the category section, making it impossible to send.
Errors
The community request portion of the app has issues. The app would not complete community requests for several weeks before I finally deleted the app. I reinstalled the app, and the community requests worked for a couple of days. Then it was right back to the same issue I had before.
