Missing option
The app is solid overall and my department recently started using it, but the mobile version is missing several key features that are important for field use. When we’re away from our patrol vehicles, we can’t access or search the AI-generated Person History on the phone app, which is crucial for quickly checking restraining orders, warrants, or firearm access.
Additionally, both the mobile and web versions rarely display a subject’s photo during a search. Other agencies’ records sometimes show a photo, but ours do not, even though the records are marked as “merged.” If a profile is merged with entries that have a photo, the app should display it.
Finally, the mobile app currently doesn’t allow users to customize their dashboard or view the “Overview” section, which limits its utility in the field.
Great platform, but the mobile features need to catch up to support officers effectively on patrol.
