Next time message no payment make sure know my account already have auto debit on. You guys have late fee charge so dont make people confuse need to pay manually when you charge the card same day later.
Thoughts for improvement
App unable to generate softcopy pdf receipts, many things are not listed for purchase (still must do physical shopping)..app misses on informing on brand competition , free gifts etc …

I cannot update the apps as it required an update in order to proceed using the apps. I hope this problem can be resolved
Req applying for their prepaid Visa card to redeem
There was no clear communication unless prior to downloading the app that the points you earn can only be redeem by then having to apply for their prepaid Visa card or Aeon Banking or
Credit card to use the point. These is after doing some digging into their site.
Their claim “not an ordinary member card” is such a joke. It claim easy point redemption. Nothing easy about it if we are req to apply for their “Member Plus Visa Prepaid Card” which “anyone” can apply.
There is a a RM12 annual fee for the prepaid card,
1st yr waived. Points are only
worth 200/$1. Poor value considering the fee to keep the card. Also most of the increase points on purchase have to be done with one of their card or load up $ on their wallet via bank aka cash.
If buying anything aside from grocery like electronics, not using my cc means I do not have free extended warranty coverage that comes with my card.
The only real benefit is 2
Hr free parking w the prepaid Visa card and if you are living here & shop at aeon a lot.
There was mentioned “safe & secure” that you get protected when card is lost or stolen by contacting them immediately. Prepaid card is the weakest consumer protection. At the moment, what they states means nothing. Under their clause 14,
even if you report it in a “as soon as reasonably practical” after you discovered loss or unauthorized use is weak & vague policy. There is no protection on your money on the card. If you realize funds is being used or card you just might be able to not lose more if their is any left.
In the modern day of Malaysia,
having touch & go or duit. Their prepaid Visa card an in convenience & ipo costly unless you request them enough to off set the parking fees

Good app
Really good apps to track your earn points, also got your details hirer purchase and credit card. Easier to make payment for all products. Thanks aeon make like easier at finger point.

Unable to login
Sorry i have to gave low rating to this apps since i cannot log in to my account. Im stuck on OTP page because SMS never been send to my phone eventhough my phone number is correct. I resend many times but still never get any OTP. I Cannot topup my aeon card, cannot check balance. Stupid apps
App Not Working on Older Phones
After the latest update, your app no longer works on my father's phone. Customer service said it's because the phone is "too old."
It's unreasonable to expect users to buy a new phone just to use your app. Please improve compatibility or offer a version that supports older devices. A good app should adapt to users—not the other way around

Seems this app really no customer service. And useless
Pending verification for few days. Seems useless.
Ask to Update, but stuck in update page with no progress
Please fix the update as there is no progress after click update button when signing in to the app. Unable to use the app. Tried many times still the same
CASHLESS
Aeon Debit card has been a pleasant experience, as it accrues points, though the accumulation is moderate, given my considerable expenditures at the supermarket. I am puzzled, nonetheless, by the requirement to load up with cash when its purpose is to be cashless. Maybe, in the near future, we can consider uploading funds from our YouTrip card, if we do not have a local bank account.

Update Error
I was asked to update the app to login and when i went to the app store, there was no “update” option. I thought it was a glitch. So i deleted the app and re-downloaded it again, only to have the same thing happened. How am I supposed to make payment and view my transaction details? FIX THIS
Unable to log in after update phone number
I was update new number for AEON and apps was auto log out. Now i cant log in back using new number. I didnt recieved any OTP from my new number. I called CS and they said this is Telco problem. I called my Telco line and they said there is no otp history from aeon wallet. So now how?? How i want to pay my credit card??

Poor support
I shop at this store often, so I decided to sign up for the wallet to enjoy the membership benefits. The app has a decent, user-friendly design, but the account verification process is terrible. It’s been a week, and my account is still pending verification. Reaching customer support is nearly impossible—I was asked to send my documents to an email that keeps bouncing back because it’s a distribution list with full mailboxes. Both chat and phone support take forever, and it feels like everything is run by AI.

I was trying to pay bills, then it says i need to update to a newer version of the app however it didn't show any updates? please take a look on your apps do a checking for it since i cannot continue my payment bills. thank you
