Useless waste of megabytes
Before proceeding it required me to enter my flight information. It didn’t recognize my flight number and it said there were no matches for the departure city- Dublin. Immediately deleted

Does not work. Does not recognize that phone or tablet is connected to the on board WiFi Aer_Lingus_Wifi. Just take old phone
Won’t pair
Used to pair but last few times it won’t pair or give me any option to pair. I have reinstalled but won’t work. I am on WiFi on the plane but the app is useless so I can’t use mt headphones.
No obvious way to connect this when on flight

Doesn’t work!!!!stewardess told me takes a while after take off to get signal landed back in Dublin still hadn’t connected despite multiple attempts!!!! Rubbish!

Contrary to many other reviews, it worked fine for me on a transatlantic flight. Useful to control the music while keeping the map on screen, I guess?

This would be so much better if the app could do audio playback to your of headphones over Bluetooth!

When connecting to seatback over Bluetooth you do need to be pretty quick to accept the connection of the seatback screen before it times out.

Doesn’t work… you would think with all the poor reviews air lingus would cruelly get there finger out and sort it or just delete it…. Customer feedback is consistently poor and for an organisation that claims t listed…. Well must be something blocking the old ears!!
Simply Doesn’t Work
No choice but to give it 1 star. The app simply doesn’t work. I’ve tried on 2 different flights with the exact same result. None of the instructions guided me to a working connection. Flight crew couldn’t even get it to work either.

Please invest time into allowing interchangeable audio and video playback on-device, rather than on the passenger-facing screen - it's just streaming data across a network. Integrate AirPlay natively on iOS devices.
This app is terrible
I hope you are never unlucky enough to have to fly Aer Lingus because having to use this app is a nightmare and it is terrible
